Psychosocial Recovery Coaching supports NDIS participants with psychosocial disabilities to live a full, contributing life. Our coaches, led by Simon Jones, PhD, work with you, your family, and other supports to design and implement a personalized recovery plan. Learn more about our services (#services).
2. Who can access my recovery path’s services?
We support plan-managed and self-managed NDIS participants. Our services are available face-to-face in the Albury Wodonga region or online nationally. Contact us to confirm eligibility.
3. What is the cost of services?
Our flat rate is $101.42 per session, billable through your NDIS plan (code: 07_102_0106_6_3 for Psychosocial Recovery Coaching). We provide transparent service agreements to ensure clarity.
4. What should I expect in my first session?
In your free initial consultation, Simon will discuss your NDIS plan, goals, and needs. Together, you’ll explore how our person-centered, holistic approach can support your recovery. A service agreement will be provided before ongoing sessions begin.

6. How is my privacy protected?
We adhere to Australian privacy laws and the NDIS Code of Conduct. Your personal information is securely handled, and our Privacy & Confidentiality Policy (#policies) outlines our commitment to your privacy.
7. What if I need support in a crisis?
For immediate help, contact Lifeline (13 11 14) or Beyond Blue (1300 22 4636). We can also connect you with local crisis services during your sessions.
8. How does spirituality fit into your services?
