We understand everyone’s recovery journey is unique and we support you on your personal recovery path.
my recovery path is an unregistered provider in the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), primarily supporting plan-managed and self-managed participants.
We provide Psychosocial Recovery Coaching (and Certified Personal Medicine Coaching) in the NDIS.
The support we provide is person-centered and holistic, strength-based and recovery-oriented based on your personal needs and goals.

Every client is at the centre of care, focusing on personal needs, strengths, goals, resources, and personal medicine.
Support is provided holistically, considering biological, psychological, social, and spiritual needs and strengths; along with your partner or spouse, family, friends, faith communities, social and recreational communities, your GP, and health and other community supports important to you.
Strength-based
We focus on your strengths to manage mental health challenges in recovery - such as your education, skills, faith, cultural connections, resilience, or empathy.
Recovery-oriented
Recovery-oriented refers to supporting you in your own personal recovery and well-being - your wishes, goals and aspirations.
We support you on your unique recovery path, led and directed by you.
